The Â鶹Porn Department of Institutional Research (Â鶹Porn-IR), based in the state capitol, functions as a system-level organization dedicated to reporting and data services. Â鶹Porn-IR handles annual enrollment reporting to the State Board of Higher Education (SBHE), oversees mandatory federal reporting, offers data services to Â鶹Porn system office staff, supports IR services across the university system, and addresses data requests from legislators and other external agencies.

Ellie Shockley, PhD
Â鶹Porn Institutional Researcher – Educational Data Warehouse Specialist
- ÌýWorks closely with the ND Department of Public Instruction (K-12) and ND Information Technology
- Responds to education data and research requests from state agencies or from outside of state government
- Works with best practices to conduct complex statistical analyses in order to answer research questions
- Assists with inter-agency collaborations related to education data

- Assists institutions with mandatory reporting as a shared service
